Foster Insulation is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and customer relationships throughout the Chattanooga, Northwest Georgia, and East Tennessee markets.

This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new businesses, and working directly with builders, developers, contractors, and decisionmakers in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the territory, grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and help drive one of the fastest-growing regions in our company.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Generate new residential, multifamily, and commercial construction business
Build relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and purchasing teams
Prospect for new opportunities and identify upcoming projects
Conduct customer meetings and jobsite visits throughout the territory
Work closely with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and win projects
Track opportunities from initial contact through project award
Maintain an active sales pipeline and territory business plan
Represent Foster Insulation at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Outside sales experience
Construction, building materials, insulation, homebuilding, multifamily, commercial construction, or related industry experience
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships

Travel Requirements

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout Chattanooga, Northwest Georgia, and East Tennessee. Candidates should reside within the market or be willing to commute throughout the territory.
